Please view this page before you join the Membership. By joining, you are agreeing to these terms.
By joining this membership, you are agreeing that this group is consultative in nature and that decisions made and actions taken, based on input or advice from Post Inner Circle, are ultimately your responsibility. You are also agreeing that Post Inner Circle and Bryan Post shall have no liability or responsibility for any actions of member taken (or not taken) in connection with this member.
The purchaser of this group (you) agrees that he/she will not at any time divulge, or share contents of this membership without the written permission of Post Inner Circle or Bryan Post. You also agree to hold harmless Post Inner Circle and Bryan Post any wrongful technological problems associated with computers used to process your purchase. (i.e., computer hacking, spyware, etc.)
Your membership is not time restricted. You may cancel your membership at any time.
In the event that you wish to discontinue the membership you may do so by contacting the number printed on your credit card statement or by sending an email to va@postinnercircle.com. We will honor your request to cancel your members ship based on the date you contact us. (ie the date your phone call was made, the date you left the voice message request, the date you sent the email request)
If the event of a dispute, claims by you cannot exceed the total cost of what you have paid to the date of your written cancellation. Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration. By joining this group, you are agreeing to these terms.
